Gestalt Therapy & EMDR
in Oxford and Online
Welcome,
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist, EMDR therapist, psychologist, and supervisor.
My approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, which is relational, embodied, and holistic. We work with how you think, feel, and relate, attending not only to your experiences, but also to how they are lived in the present moment.
This creates the possibility to work more directly with your experience as it unfolds and for more authentic and sustaining ways of being in relationship.

I combine my training in Gestalt therapy, EMDR, and body-focused approaches with a relational and embodied perspective. EMDR allows me to help people process complex or traumatic experiences that may keep them stuck in protective patterns, so they can reconnect with a more spontaneous, vital sense of self. My psychology background enriches this work, bringing together scientific understanding with a compassionate, humanistic approach.
Over the past 15 years, I have worked with people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and health concerns.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I am interested in how these experiences are lived, how they shape your relationships, and how new possibilities can emerge through awareness and contact.
This work has shown me both the resilience people carry and the capacity for change that can develop, particularly within meaningful and supportive relationships.
While therapy cannot resolve all of life’s challenges, it can offer a space for greater awareness, choice, and the possibility of relating differently to yourself and others.
My own therapeutic journey continues to inform my work, supporting a grounded understanding of the process from within, as well as a commitment to ongoing learning, reflection, and development.
Alongside my private practice, I teach on a Master’s programme at the Gestalt Institute of Ireland, supporting therapists in developing relational, embodied, and ethically grounded practice.
My work is also shaped by my own experience of migration, belonging, and identity.
Experience
For the past 15 years, I have supported people in a range of settings, including charities, the NHS, private practice, and public sector services.
This breadth of experience informs a practice that is both grounded and responsive, while remaining attentive to the uniqueness of each person and each therapeutic relationship.
