Welcome,

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist, EMDR therapist, psychologist, and supervisor. I support individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-understanding. My approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, which is holistic, relational, and embodied—connecting mind, body, and spirit to help you deepen self-awareness and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I combine my training in Gestalt therapy, EMDR, and body-focused approaches with a relational and embodied perspective. EMDR allows me to help people process complex or traumatic experiences that may keep them stuck in protective patterns, so they can reconnect with a more spontaneous, vital sense of self. My psychology background enriches this work, bringing together scientific understanding with a compassionate, humanistic approach.

I have had the privilege of working with people facing a wide range of challenges—anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and health concerns. This work has shown me how resilient we are and how much growth and healing are possible, even in the face of adversity. I am particularly passionate about the potential for personal and spiritual development through meaningful connection and healthy relationships.

While I know that therapy is not a solution to all of life’s challenges, I continue to learn, heal, and grow myself. My own therapeutic path has supported me in profound ways, and I hope my experience can offer guidance and support to the people I work with.

In addition to my private practice, I teach on a Masters Program at the Gestalt Institute of Ireland, supporting students and practitioners in developing relational, embodied, and ethically grounded practice. My work is informed by my own experiences of migration, belonging, and identity, as well as an interest in the intersection of Gestalt therapy and spirituality.
